All Belu’s profits are used to fundclean water projects around the world. Reed has also developed the‘Penguin Approved’ consumer product certification stamp. This isfor goods and services that have reduced and offset all theiremissions measured over their entire lifecycle.

This stamp is meant to promote climateconscious consumption. Prior to setting up Belu Water, Reed workedfor New York One News and was the producer of the award-winningdocumentary film AmerikanPassport, shot in 14 war zones around the world.


Reed gives hisadvice on how to set up a social enterprise and offers some positivewords for people who feel the world is ‘messed up’
