The MD of Divine Chocolate, Sophi Tranchell, has been elected co-chair of Social Enterprise London (SEL).

She will join her fellow co-chair, Mark Sesnan, MD of Greenwich Leisure Limited, in the role.

Tranchell said: "I am delighted to be elected co-chair of SEL as we are about to mark our 10th birthday - together we have achieved a lot, 10 years ago social enterprise was unheard of, we have so much to celebrate and so much more to do!"

Allison Ogden-Newton, chief executive of SEL, said she was thrilled that two of the country's leading social entrepreneurs will be "contributing so vitally to Social Enterprise London".
